Reuben is a registered graduate Engineer holding Bachelor degree In Municipal and Industrial Services Engineering at Ardhi University in Dar Es salaam Tanzania. He is passionate about bringing back to the community through volunteering. He likes helping others and through his volunteering spirit, he had worked with various local and international organizations which include Restless Development, MajiCo Technologies, KITE Dar Es salaam and Cambridge Development Initiative (CDI).
Currently, He works as Technical Engineer at Wastewater Solutions, Tanzania Country Director at Africa Asia Youth Foundation, Alumni Advisory Board Member at Restless Development
Reuben is also a software expert specialized in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, ArchCAD and Microsoft packages. He likes learning new technologies and encourages others to use ICT for Development.

A Tanzanian youth activist, a teacher by profession who holds a bachelor degree of arts with education. He works with different organizations both International and local, he currently work as a Deputy Country Director of AAYFO Tanzania, a Global Peace Ambassador of the Global Peace Chain organization, Regional Volunteer Coordinator at the International Human Rights Commission and a Head of Membership of the GYAPS-TANZANIA.
He is committed to volunteer for development, he is a member of National Youth Engagement Network (NYEN), he has volunteering experience gained from variety of NGO’s and programs like VSO-ICS, TASIWA, SANUKA KIJANA.

Lightness is management strategist who partners with executives and company stakeholders from a range of organizations, to demonstrate the attributed value of Strategic management functions and the goals it can achieve when integrated into organizational and business structures.
Lightness further facilitates professional development to hundreds of human
resource professionals from the University level particularly students majoring in HR, through various programs at Mzumbe.
Over the course of more than six (6) years dreaming of becoming a well and certified HR professional in Tanzania, Lightness knows what entails a results-driven Human Resource Management. She believes in handling employees in delivering their potential skills for the organization that best connects with people and of a measurable impact, to bring about a desired change or achieving a goal.
Prior and alongside her Executive position at AFRICA-ASIA YOUTH FOUNDATION, Lightness has held executive positions in various places during her schooling life. She was a Head-Girl at Loleza Girls High School in 2014 – 2015.
Lightness volunteered working with CONVOY OF HOPE as a trainee making the vision of Convoy of Hope a reality by encouraging women around the world to realize their value and reach their potential through job training and education.

Pursuing Bachelor Degree in Social Work at the Institute of Social Work in Dar es Salaam. He is passionate and innovative young person who prefers to work in diverse roles so as to improve his working experience. A champion of youth inclusion and development. Currently, he is a Chairperson of the Youth Club within the Institute of Social Work leading more than 200 members.
His skills includes research skills, organizing skills, report writing skills, communication skills, leadership skills, innovation, team working skills and problem solving skills.
He oversees many youth activities at the Institute of Social Work, including the Orientation of Restless Development Organization which was conducted between 11/11/2019 – 15/11/2019 at the Institute of Social Work. And also, he was the leading person in organizing 15 students from the Institute of Social Work to participate on the International Youth Day 2019 conducted in Dodoma region, Tanzania.

Ms Jackline Kimolo
A young leadertra who is currently a student at Aridh University Tanzania persue Bachelor of Art in Community and Development studies. He is strong and motivated to learn new things with strong desire to trasnform lives of other youth. He successfully worked as Resetless Development Volunteer as a national peer educator (NPE), he has been trained soft skills to secondary schools in Alumni Engagement Project by Restless Development.
He serves as National Director of ICT and Innovation of Africa – Asia Youth Foundation (AAYFO) – Tanzania. He likes participating in youth trainings, forums and Conferences..
