CAMEROON EXECUTIVE BOARD
Marc Anselme KAMGA is an Environmental Manager (PhD), Mining Geologist (MSc.), GIS and Remote Sensing Expert. He is a young Cameroonian passionate, dedicated and actively working to promote sustainable land management and environmental issues. Marc has over 6 years’ experience with in-depth knowledge project development and implementation, mineral exploration, environmental impact assessments, climate change research, risk assessment, use of remote sensing technology, statistical analysis, and fundraising. Kamga has worked internationally on environmental assignments in the science-policy domain entailing transfer of knowledge pertaining use of technology in addressing land degradation, and possible region specific initiatives with government institutions. He has authored several articles and plays a key leading role as the lead author of the Restoring Our Land Chapter of the Global Environmental Outlook for Youth 2019/UN-Environment. Kamga was recently appointed to volunteer in a United Nations Environment Communications project known as Africa’s Bio Voices. He is keen about contributing to positive transformation to lives and the environment.
Rita Stella TCHATCHOUA is a young Cameroonian from a perfect mix between Western and South West provinces of Cameroon. Quality and project management engineer, certified ISO 9001:2015, expert in customer experience management and competent communicator sworn in by the “international toastmasters”. After scientific studies in chemistry at the University of Buea, she developed a passion for the dynamic environment of service companies. This is how she loaded herself in an atypical professional career in very much known companies (such as Nescafé and Orange Cameroon to name just a few), all together alternating academic and professional life. During this commercial adventure, she noted the multiple shortcomings in customer relationship management and from there was born a vocation of “company doctor” in customer service, leading to a QHSE engineering degree. Passionate about leadership and management, she has been serving national and international companies for 8 years as a consultant in strategic management. Mentor and coach of a hundred young people in academic guidance, socio-professional integration and public speaking, she did not hesitate to let herself be transformed by the values of the Cameroon Leadership Academy (CLA 2018) and many others. Values that he is longing to put at the service of the AAYFO
DIDIER PARE is a young Cameroonian photo journalist student. Since 2011, he has hosted radio and television sets. His most remarkable passage is that of Vox Africa which dates from 2018, where he presents Vox Jeunesse, a television program dedicated to the youth of the African continent. He has also been able to serve in organizations such as the Cameroonian Assembly for the United Nations since 2016 where he entered as a Junior Deputy and is now High Commissioner. Professionally, he has been the communications director of an innovation center since this year called VILLAB where he oversees the image of young start-ups and their products. The most important thing for him is to give a voice to young entrepreneurs, which is why he wants to set up a leading media in the entrepreneurial sector in his country and then expand it all over the world.
TOTO CABROL ARSENE is an engineer in refining and petrochemicals, Quality Hygiene Safety Environment facilitator. I have extensive professional experience in the quality control of petroleum products and raw materials for the food industry, drafting of work procedures, HSE control in construction and drafting of technical reports. Entrepreneurial spirit and team player recognized for a pragmatic approach and innovative ideas aimed at continuous improvement. He works every day to provide solutions to technical problems in his areas of expertise.
Dr. Serge Lionel NKOUM holds a Ph.D in Finance of Organizations. He is a Specialist in the field of Financial and Economic Governance, Consultant-Researcher and member and Secretary General of CLEEFE (Club of Experts in Economy, Finance and Environment). He serves at AAYFO as the Deputy Director of Strategic Implementation. Volunteering has largely made him who he is today. Supporting, guiding and educating young people have always been his workhorses. He believes building the States of tomorrow involves youth and their education.
Mrs MBOG Annie is a young woman who holds a master 1 in soil and environment and a bachelors of Science degree in Botany from the University of Yaounde 1 since of 2018. In addition, she holds a professional certificate (CQP) in cartography GIS image applied to remote sensing since March 2020. Annie Mbog is a dynamic and alert young woman who loves socialisation. In 2017, given her commitment and her efforts within the ‘Association des environnementalistes et forestiers du Cameroun’, she was appointed deputy secretary General. She is the founder of the Association of women at the Heart of Development (AFCD) Cameroun whose vision is the protection and enhancement of young women. At the end of 2018, she was appointed support staff for the project to create the National order of environmentalist and foresters of Cameroon. As of mid 2019, the dynamic lady Mbog is an executive member of several other civil society organizations. In January 2020 ANNIE MBOG did a 3 month academic internship and then a 6 month professional internship in the study firm GEST Global Environment and Spatial Technologies in Yaounde Cameroon where she practice and applies Geometrics, and works in projects. Thus, Mrs Mbog Sakta Annie within the international organization AAYFO_Cameroon holds the position of Regional Director of the Center
Eric Stéphane NGAMBI has 8 years of experience in finance including banking and corporate finance. A banker by training, he currently works as a financial analyst in a private equity firm called MOUGANO INVESTMENT, cumulatively as Director in a specialized training center for the banking and finance professions. Holds an MBA in Finance from the School of Business of Lyon and a Master in Banking and Finance, Eric Stéphane has worked for many years in several financial institutions of the place before dedicating himself to entrepreneurship through the creation of a firm dedicated to the technical and financial support of TPE/SMEs. Seeking to be a major player in inclusive finance, it has set itself the objective of popularizing and facilitating access to finance for very small businesses. Young dynamic, he advocates young entrepreneurship and regularly intervenes through conferences to raise awareness of youth on issues of leadership and management.
Born in Emombo, Yaoundé, Cameroon, Ngobeu Mimbe Herve Cedric is a young Cameroonian citizen, active and dynamic who considers himself Panafricanist, and strongly believes that service and humility are the assets to transform communities and more than ever involved in building a peaceful and livable world. For him, real leadership comes from the group. The development of humanity will be built together, regardless of skin color, gender and religion; and the philosophy of Nelson Mandela Ubuntu: “I am, for what you are”, demonstrates this enough. He holds a Higher Diploma in Professional Studies (or Bachelor’s degree) in Medical Laboratory Techniques, obtained at the Institute of Applied Technology and Management (ISTAG-Santé) in 2017 and a certificate of completion of training in Civic Engagement at the Regional Center for Leadership, YALI Dakar.
